• The Client is responsible for the payment of fees. The Photographer will charge the Client for the Services at the agreed-upon fee of £X-X-X

• Deposits are non-refundable

​

• No booking is confirmed until such time the requested deposit has been paid by the client.

​

• On completion of the service provided by the creative, an invoice for the balance will be presented to the client, this should be settled on or before the due date. Payment can be made by BACS.

​

• *There will be a £25 fee for overtime/running over time slot*

​

• A £50.00 fee will be added to final invoices that remain unpaid up to, and including 7 days after the due date.

​

• A further £50.00 fee will be added if the final invoice remains unpaid 14 days after the due date.
